Great help by Kathy helping me to be able to get on line help for appointments etc me being wrong generation to understand easily she made it so much easier to follow thank you kathy

Kathy was very helpful in getting me to book online for Appointments, which I will do from now on. She was very easy to talk to and did not mind talking me through things. She asked me to ring her back to see how I was getting on, which was fortunate as I hadn't properly booked my Appointment, until I went back into booking, I needed to click harder on the book now button.

Receptionist Kathy was extremely helpful with helping with online patient access, she couldn’t have done any more to help, also we made a mistake with our appointment time and she managed to fit us in. Thank you Kathy.

My wife and I attended the surgery today and found Kathy very very helpfull and patient in assisting us with online regestering . This lady goes the extra mile.

The Receptionist was very helpful to me when trying to register for Patient Access in order to get my preferred appointment slot and went above and beyond to help, which was much appreciated.
